The Human Resources department will be centralized by regions. This is to reduce the operating cost of your branch and ensure that both administrative and training processes follow the same guidelines.

4. How many employees do I start with in the operation?

The specific number doesn't exist, but the range for a functional operation is 3 employees and one supervisor/manager to oversee the branch.

5. I need more information about licenses, duration, renewal, and costs.

The license is paid only once, its duration is indefinite as long as the annual and renewal fees are consistently paid, and the brand's policies and restrictions are not violated.
